Kinkades for a Cause
Thomas Kinkade died on Good Friday, April 6, 2012. I was sad, like I was with Steve Jobs. I will miss the creative genius and what else they could have shared with the world. I am a Kinkade fan and enjoy 2 of his paintings in my home. They hold different meanings to everybody, but ‘A Peaceful Retreat’ reminds me of my dad, who passed in 2003. Well, April happens to be child abuse prevention and awareness month and I have been focused on a fundraiser for Childhelp. For this reason , we decided to sell our Kinkade paintings on eBay and donate a portion of the proceeds to Childhelp. If you know a Kinkade fan, I have a great cause....
