The Fight For Air Walk is a 3 mile walk around beautiful parks in California. The walk is organized by the American Lung Association and the local Fight For Air Walk is held at Fairmont Park in Riverside. Fairmont Park is a fabulous park to walk around, because afterwards you can enjoy the facilities: picnic facilities, barbeques, lawn bowling greens, rose gardens a couple lakes that people fish in and pedal boats. There is also plenty of parking.

This is an empowering walk, which focuses on improving the air we breathe.
Each year, many lives are lost to lung cancer and other diseases. Children with asthma gasp for breath. Please join the thousands of individuals across the nation who believe in the cause and are walking in their communities.

This is your chance to walk, run, raise money and make an impact in somebody’s honor. Walk to protect your family from harmful air polution and second hand smoke. By joining the FIght For Air Walk, you make the commitment to fight lung disease so everybody can breathe easier – including you!

Families, individuals and teams join together in a walk to raise awareness for the 35 million Americans who suffer from asthma. The American Lung Assocation is a registered 501 (c)3 and encourages all particpants to raise $100. This can be easy. Consider asking 10 friends or family members for $10. All participants who raise at least $100 will receive a complimentary t-shirt. Please make checks available to the American Lung Association.
