So, now you have a Facebook page.  Are you engaging these new fans?  The simple act of thanking your customers is, perhaps, the single most powerful and memorable marketing method available to you.   When you see them in person, you can look them in the eye and personally thank them for stopping in.   Do you thank your customers when they ‘like’ your Facebook page?   If not, now is the time to start.  Don’t become so busy that you neglect to personally acknowledge your customers-the very same people who make your growth and prosperity possible!

When you let customers know that you truly appreciate their trust and confidence in your company, you increase the lifetime of your relationship with your best customers and increase profits. It can all start with a simple and thoughtful note of appreciation!
